Take your tweens and teens to the seasonal ropes course and climbing tower, practice your game at the sports courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball—please bring your own equipment), or challenge each other to mini-golf. Hike or bike the resort’s wooded trails, or join in on summer concerts and events at the Great Lawn. After active days, retreat to two spacious King suites for privacy and relaxation. Keep in mind: Some activities and concerts are seasonal, and access to certain amenities—such as the Fitness Center and member-only areas of the Sportsman's Lodge—is not available to guests. Eagles Nest is a growing community with ongoing construction, so expect some daytime activity as the neighborhood continues to expand.

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • All linens and towels provided.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home allows dogs, up to 2 dogs, a maximum of 60lbs each for an additional rent of $25/night per dog plus tax.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • 4WD required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Bookings canceled are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • This home allows up to 2 dogs, a maximum of 60lbs each for an additional rent of $25/night per dog plus tax.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

Parking Information

  • Parking in the front is flat and level for 2-3 vehicles.
  • Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • Access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest, including:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • Winery hours: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. All visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • The property provides towels, bed linens, climate control, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
